Yesterday I worked on some gallery stuff

I'm making a list of quick reference for the exhibition, to create flash cards out of to remember more about the show. It'll cover all the basics, and make me feel much more comfortable talking to visitors about the show.

I've identified that for each exhibition (window and gallery)

Artists names, pronouns
Where the artists are from
What are their backgrounds

scheduling and resources details

how long is the exhibition open for
what programs are we running
what texts associated with it are available
who are the commissioners
what is the next exhibition

formal elements

What are the mediums
What are the materials
Who did what part

conceptual elements

What are the themes?
What are the ideas?
Are there any stories associated with the exhibition?
Maybe other works to look at?

I got tired

I was pretty tired yesterday, fell asleep just before 10:30pm. I feel nice and well rested today.

Call Dad
Pack my clothes for Bali
Cut some singlets out of old shirts
Finish my portuguese homework
Maybe get insurance for the trip?
Make a R.H comic
I want to play some Zelda too

I've started keeping time

I'm using timewarrior in lieu of building my own. I want to know how much time I'm spending on things, and how long certain projects actually take. I want to have a realistic idea of what my week looks like.
